Incompatible with Odin

Hm, can you elaborate on what you mean by "incompatible"? uNote is still compatible with the latest Unity, so I think your assumption that Odin is causing an issue is likely correct.
It's my understanding that Odin won't try to draw inspectors for objects that already have a custom drawer. To that end, I'm not sure why Odin would be trying to draw the inspector for notes.
Alternatively, you might want to try and disable Odin for uNote types, as that should stop Odin from interfering. Check Tools > Odin Inspector > Preferences > Editor Types and uncheck anything relating to the uNote Note scripts.
